I made a deliberate decision to support this man. If you ask me why, I really can’t say. I think I just connect with him.

If you follow my posts, you’ll know that I was one of the first people to criticize him during the campaign. lol. I totally hated that they must add his pastor title to his name before calling him. The thing been dey bite my yansh.

But somewhere along the line, I had a change of heart. That’s why when he made the happy hour statement, and people were laughing, me, I was really happy about it.

The truth about Akwa Ibom is that we are a happy place. Akwa Ibom isn’t really a commercial cityin the way Lagos is, and would never be. Our people love enjoyment in this place. People see us as enjoyment lovers and also want to share in that enjoyment. If proper thought is put into it, we can be known as the number one destination for fun, tourism and happiness in the next few years. And who better to drive this agenda than a man who has played in the hospitality industry for years.

So, yes, I’m putting my weight behind him and praying for him to succeed.
