How does C3 work?
We offer two options to deploy C3, being the Azure single subscription option and the Enterprise Agreement portal option. In the single subscription option you can import as many csv subscription files as needed to monitor and analyze your spending and control your costs. You can use your own segmentation tags and budget ratios to manage your IT and company finance. In the EA portal option you can import EA csv subscription files at an enterprise level. Using this option ProXcio's C3 will use all available accounts and subsequent subscriptions data for your analyzing purposes. You can monitor spending and analyze costs on account level and have quick insight in trends and abnormalities. For a deeper insight you can drill down on subscription level and can perform a detailed root cause analysis. What makes C3 even more valuable is the fact that EA administrators can permit shielded access and delegate rights to administrators on account level. They can monitor, analyze and optimize usage for their own account subscriptions without further access to other accounts or EA level. The EA administrator can set uniform tag protocols at account level for cross account analyzing purposes. C3 enables cloud cost optimizing at all levels in the organization. You can upload multiple csv files at ones over a secured connection. C3 will alert you when data is missing to let you have optimal spending and cost insight. We don't need your key so it is completely safe.
