Step 1. Where do I start?
A good strategic needs some preparation. Having a clear positioning gives direction to your strategy. Next up is creating insight in your business and market.

Step 2. How do I make my actual business plan?
When you gained enough insight, you can start with the actual plan! What to include in your business plan on one page? Well, it’s all in the name:

🖍G - Then you translate the major elements of your objective into SMART . These goals are the quantitative translation of your objective.

📝S - are the specific choices on how to reach the objective: they define where and how to deploy your tangible and intangible resources.

📊M - measures show whether you’re on your way in realizing your strategies. show who is going to do what, and when.

In one instant the strategic business plan and the connection between the different elements are clear. All on 1 page. Since this requires you to make real business choices- what to do and what not to do- you achieve more by doing less.
