The better you understand your customer, the more likely they will use your products and services. So before thinking about how best can show off all of those great features and benefits that make up who “you" are as a business owner - think instead like potential buyers! What do I want my product/service provider(s) identify with? How does this relate back into what makes me different than any other company out there.
When you want to create a brand, it is important that your customers are the focal point. The steps for creating this persona include asking yourself why and identifying what elements we have in common with our consumer; then deciding on how they emotionally feel about themselves by categorizing their needs into rational or emotional desires (which ever works best).
