Moreover, technologies used by superstar businesses, define the customer groups to whom final targeted advertisements are applied, which makes the work of marketing and sales departments more effective and efficient. As a result, all potential customers are covered and served by big companies and entrepreneurs must create something different, or in another scenario, they will bankrupt. Thus, the technological development of star companies is a barrier for small businesses. Similarly, to the difficulties with entering the market and technologies, star companies to avoid crises create mergers and jointed ventures.

To remain stable in the competition between different companies and to create trust relationships with consumers, organizations pay attention to all parts of marketing strategies, such as pricing, packaging, promotion, and quality. Each part has an ultimate goal, that will contribute to the development of the company. It is crucial for companies to distinguish them from others in different ways, and the best and most effective is through quality. Quality took an important role in marketing, as with other patterns, because it is a base for strong and trustful relations between the company and the consumer, moreover, it generates a possibility for obtaining loyalty and reduces risk of difficulties with customers. Aldo Gucci understood what people appreciate more than money, that is why Gucci is recognized around the world and is valued for its quality and status. People wearing things of this brand wear not just clothes, but a part of the brand and its philosophy, the main part of which is quality and impeccability.

In order to create this report, two interviews were conducted. Thanks to these interviews and the opportunity to learn useful information from people directly in these areas of business, I can more accurately understand what young entrepreneurs need to do to create a successful and stable business.

The first interview was conducted with Anton Gribanov, the owner of Mandarin Corp. Anton Gribanov is the owner of an international company engaged in the transportation of goods in Europe and the CIS countries. During the interview, he answered a number of questions that may help a future entrepreneur with the creation of his business.

Thanks to the interview, I received a number of answers to my questions (Appendix 1.1). For example, what kind of capital is necessary to open a logistics company nowadays, so Anton Gribanov believes that it needs about 300000€-350000€, and in order to stay competitive you need to constantly improve and use machinery to reduce costs and rejects. Moreover, he thinks that nowadays it has become harder to open a business due to the pressure from giant companies, but it is still realistic to open a business in this field.
