i moved a client off Kajabi and their follow-up went from a daily chore to something that runs itself.

on the old stack the follow-up was by hand and the tools were scattered. miss a day and leads went cold.

on the new one it fires on its own from one hub with an open api, so an AI can actually run it. the work that used to eat their evenings now happens without them.

the tool is not the point. getting the busywork off your plate so the business runs without you is the whole game.

A $500 expert and a $5,000 expert are often the same person.

Same skill. Same hours. The only thing that changed is what they decided to sell.

The $500 version sells time. The client feels every hour on the invoice, so the price always has to be defended.

The $5,000 version sells the outcome. They are not paying for your time, they are paying for the certainty that the thing actually gets handled. Price that, and your rate stops being a ceiling.

I watched an expert I coach do exactly this. They were the cheapest option in their market, same skill as people charging ten times more. We kept the entry low and priced the outcome, and the number stopped being the thing they had to defend.

If you are still charging by the hour, that is the leak.
