Beso By Simonis

After the successes of Catch and Encore, Simonis brings another international cuisine to Scheveningen with Beso. In the spring of 2023, the eighth restaurant of family business Simonis will open in Scheveningen under the name Beso by Simonis. The name, which means 'kiss of Simonis' in Spanish, is in line with the cuisine. The new restaurant will serve authentic Spanish dishes, but with a new look.

Lighthouse
A large distribution center of approximately 27,000 square meters is being built at Business Park Krabbegors in Dordrecht. The construction of 'Lighthouse', located near the intersection of the Dordtsche Kil and Oude Maas rivers, will start in the second quarter of this year and will be commissioned by Borghese Logistics.

Magna Plaza
This former main post office in a spectacular neo-gothic and neo-renaissance building was transformed into a shopping center in 1992. Spread over four floors, Magna Plaza has approximately 5,500 square meters of retail space, with approximately 1,400 square meters of offices on the top floor.

In the year of 2022 Magna Plaza will start focussing more on accomodating office space and less on retail.

Oostenburg
Although the building blocks on lot G and H have been built according to the same building method, the emphasis on diversity of this new district is clearly noticeable in the different facade materials and window openings.

The collective outdoor space offers a place on the ground floor where residents can meet each other and children can play safely.

Den Bosch
Currently in use as an exclusive office: villa De Gruyter is located on one of the main streets of 's-Hertogenbosch. Amstel Eiland offers the possibility of making your dream house a reality. Thirteen unique, gasless plots are available for building high-end watervilla's ranging from 1035m2 to 1825m2. For the development, Amstel Eiland offers the model to collaborate with several architectural firms.

Hidden in the tranquility of the polder and close to Amstelveen you can find Amstel Eiland. Amstel Eiland is a private island that is only accessible to residents and invited guests.
