We were recently interviewed by the FNV (Federation of Dutch Trade Unions) as part of their mission to make the four-day workweek accessible to all Dutch workers.
For Positivity, this isn’t new territory - we’ve been working four days a week for the past seven years, and we’re proud to share our experience. In our studio working late isn’t a sign of loyalty or passion, it would be a sign that something needs to be organised better. We don’t measure commitment by the number of hours spent. When we work with great focus and energy, we can achieve more in less time. We support this by creating structured yet flexible ways of working, holding regular check-ins to make the most of each other’s talents, and staying open to improving our processes whenever needed.
If you’re curious about how this works in practice, we’re more than happy to spread our joy, so feel free to get in touch.
