General Policy
AdSwap.com's general policy is to act as the provider and distributer of advertising media through our advertising exchange system. AdSwap.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by AdSwap.com if AdSwap.com's management determines that the account has been inappropriately used.
AdSwap.com forbids anyone from using our services to display advertsing or websites that may contain any illegal content. This includes racist, downloads, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
As a member of Ad Swap are only allowed one account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.
Spam Policy
Ad Swap complies 100% with the Can-Spam act of 2003. Ad Swap does not send out unsolicited emails and will not under any circumstances contact any Ad Swap member that has not opted in specifically to recieve the Ad Swap membership newsletter. The only exception to this is with the initial signup email and payment emails. If you wish to be removed from our newsletter please login to your Ad Swap account and uncheck the newsletter box.
Payment Policy
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. AdSwap.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Cancellation And Refund Policy
All payments made by the client to AdSwap.com are for the use of advertising and are non-refundable. Ad Swap account cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of Ad Swap's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use the Ad Swap geo targeted advertising system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to all Ad Swap member accounts. You as a member of Ad Swap.com hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AdSwap.com and AdSwap LLC for any claim resulting from the use of illegal advertising and or materials.
Password Protection
Members of Ad Swap is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. Ad Swap.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
Ad Swap will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Ad Swap.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its advertising network or through the Internet. Ad Swap.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that Ad Swap's services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via an e-mailed newsletter. Ad Swap.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
