WHY being picky about TAKEAWAY 📦

Bottega & Cucina offers you a 'smart' takeaway option: simply put, takeaway is not always possible. Why? Let's hear it 👇🏼

Here's Francesca's philosophy:
"Some dishes are meant to be enjoyed the moment they leave the kitchen. Their magic exists in that precise moment: the texture, the temperature, the aroma, the way everything comes together on the plate".

🚫 What’s NOT available for takeaway:
-Risotto (loses its creamy texture)
-Certain fresh pasta dishes (timing is everything)
-Dishes that rely on immediate plating... and anything that won't taste as good 15 minutes later!

✅ What IS available for takeaway:
-Porchetta and cured meats
-Robust pasta dishes like lasagne
-Homemade desserts
-Products from the bottega (you can find them at the deli counter!)
-Anything that keeps its quality once you've arrived home.

The owner refuses to let the customer experience Italian food at anything less than its best: this isn't about limiting service, it's about respecting both the food and the customer.

This is the difference between selling food and serving it with integrity 🇮🇹
