What we’re looking for:
• UXer or interaction designer (or similar) with 3+ years experience
• Pragmatic user researcher who feels at home in various fields and branches
• Able to distill application requirements based on research
• Knowledgeable about KPIs, metrics and data analysis
• Creating information architectures, user flows and wireframes as a hobby
• Able to design for consumer products as well as data heavy B2E applications
• Designing amazing and pixel perfect work
• Able to proactively provide solutions to problems
• Happy to work in a multi-disciplinary team
• Able to reason and explain your design decisions
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in Dutch and English
• Someone with a positive yes-I-can attitude
