With 28 stores throughout Spain and a big E-commerce with over 3800 products, Culinarium is the market leader within their branch.
Culinarium wants to increase its online sales, grow the average order value, optimize its marketing strategies, and get to know its customers.
We started with a data analysis that gave us all the insides regarding the visitors and their behavior on the webshop. The data also showed us the bottlenecks and points of improvement around design, layout, user-friendliness, and last but not least the current marketing strategies. The data analysis and the recommendations around design, layout, user-friendliness, and marketing strategies are combined in a report. This report is a very detailed action plan for improvement.
For the upcoming 6 months, I am going to consult and assist Culinarium in growing its E-commerce. Together with the team, we are going to tackle all the bottlenecks and improve the webshop to skyrocket online sales!
