Every pregnancy is unique, every pregnancy is different, and every pregnancy has its own story... I had the true HONOR to photograph this cute couple. It was very special to capture the love you have for each other, and over all the love you two have for that little miracle growing inside.
Wishing them a lifetime of happiness together!

I have been very busy the last week, working from home, with a house and 2 kids, it’s very challenging. But today I wanted to share this with you. My homeland Ecuador is mourning. 2 journalists and a driver were kidnapped and killed by the new Colombian Revolutionary Armed Forces. The violence in the north border of Ecuador has increased considerable the last year. I pray for the families of the colleagues
As a matter of fact, In 1993 I lost an uncle when he was a police killed by the former FARC. 💔

Mijn baby was ziek geweest!!! Ik had gisteren een ellende dag gehad, ik was bang dat ik alle data (FOTO’S) kwijt had!!! Echt paniek. Maar ze is net thuis, en doet prima! Hebben jullie -als fotografen- ook z’n ervaring ooit gehad??! 😔 bedankt hij doet het super goed!!!!!!

A self portrait: I can’t remember the last time I was in front of the camera. More than a year I think. This is the first time after a long time that I make a self portrait, as I am. Not the mother, not the pregnant woman. Just me, as I used to be. I guess after motherhood a women, will never be the same she was before. We usually forget of ourselves because of the kids, the house, work. This is a self portrait to remind my self, that even now than I am a mother of 2 and a Wife, I still I’m a woman.
