Company: Who is Match4markets? What do we do?

Match4markets is a lead generator. We are an online marketing company based in Leiden with our own relatively small multilingual call center. We facilitate comparative price quotations to consumers looking for senior mobility products.

What this means is we assist the elderly or their family members who are in search of information and pricing on certain products such as stairlifts, walk in showers and electrical scooters. Our leads place requests on our websites and we follow up by calling them.

We work with clients across 9 countries in Europe, the UK and Canada therefor convert leads into potential sales from an international call center with a team ranging from students, to young graduates to calling agents with over 20 years of experience.

The one main skill we have in common is enjoying conversing with consumers from a commercial stand point. Each call is about finding that delicate balance between naturally showing empathy and focusing on the sales oriented targets.
Since requests come in via our websites 7 days a week, we assist the consumers from Monday through Sunday. After they have made a request on our websites they expect our friendly call within 1 day. We start daily at 9.00 and finish at 21.00 offering a wide range for flexible working hours. Perfect for people looking for a part time job to match with their busy lives.

We are currently hiring two French speaking calling agents to start as soon as possible. People who are comfortable speaking with clients and who have strong interpersonal communication and persuasion skills.

Your profile

You are comfortable speaking with new people and easily level with them by phone. Depending on the urgency of their request, their cultural background and their mood you will need to adjust accordingly in order to have a natural, friendly and informative call.

You are also apt at identifying the need of the consumer and able to ensure the client they are at the right place and are in good hands by generating their interest in pursuing the quotation process. This requires sales skills, preferably experience dealing with customers, managing objections and reaching sales targets.

You receive on the job training including qualification training, product knowledge and weekly coaching sessions.

Hard requirements

• Fluent French language (both oral and written)
• Commercial mind set
• Good computer skills
• Live within max. 45 minutes from Leiden Central Station
• Reliable work ethic
Preferably
• Experience in sales, commercial roles or call center

Match4markets est un générateur de leads. Une société de marketing en ligne basée à Leiden avec son propre centre d'appel multilingue (capacité pour une vingtaine de télévendeurs/se).

Nous proposons aux consommateurs séniors, à la recherche d'informations et de tarifs sur des produits de mobilité (monte-escaliers, douches plain-pied, scooters électriques, ascenseurs privatifs) d’obtenir des devis gratuits pour faciliter leur démarche d’achat.

Nous travaillons pour des clients fabricants et revendeurs dans 9 pays d'Europe, au Royaume-Uni et au Canada. Nous sélectionnons et leur vendons des clients potentiels. Notre centre d'appel international se compose d'étudiants, de jeunes diplômés et de télévendeuse ayant plus de 20 ans d'expérience.

La principale compétence de notre centre d’appel est le plaisir de converser avec les consommateurs sans perdre de vue l’aspect commercial. Pour chaque appel, il s'agit de trouver un équilibre délicat entre l'empathie naturelle et la réalisation des objectifs de vente.

Étant donné que les demandes de devis nous arrivent par nos sites Internet 7 jours sur 7, nous rappelons les consommateurs du lundi au dimanche dans les plus brefs délais. Les appels commencent à 9h00 et finissent 21h00 tous les jours sauf le dimanche jusqu’à 20h00, offrant ainsi une large gamme d'horaires de travail flexibles. Parfait pour les personnes à la recherche d'un emploi à temps partiel adapté à leur disponibilité.

Nous recrutons actuellement un télévendeur/se francophone. Quelqu'un qui a une bonne aisance relationnelle et une force de conviction indéniable.

Votre profil

Vous êtes compétent en vente par téléphone, de préférence avec une expérience de la relation client. Vous faites preuves de diplomatie, patience, qualité d’écoute et d’empathie. Vous êtes dynamique et capable d’anticiper les différentes situations en fonction de l'urgence de la demande, de l’origine culturelle et de l’humeur des prospects. Vous savez faire preuve de réactivité pour garder l’interlocuteur en ligne et argumenter l’intérêt de l’offre. Chaque objection a un argument de réponse.

Vous êtes rigoureux, persévérant et motivé par vos objectifs de ventes.

Vous recevez un apprentissage sur place comprenant une formation sur nos services et produits, une formation informatique et de technique d’appel téléphonique. Vous bénéficiez de séances de coaching hebdomadaires sur vos performances.
