Meet the Team #4: Thomas van Vroenhoven
Hi, I'm Thomas. I am 19 years old, Dutch and a second year IBA student. I like IBA, but I do thing that it lacks in practical experience. For this exact reason, I joined the Falcon team.
In the team, I am responsible for the relationship with our partners. From the acquisition of partners to the delivery of your order, I make sure that Falcon is in contact with the night shops and can resolve possible problems quickly.

Meet the Team #2: Dominique Hicks (CFO + Marketing)

Hi, I’m Dominique. I am American/Dutch. I am 19 years old and an IBA bachelor student. My interest in entrepreneurship came from my family. A few family members are small business owners and I like the responsibility, having a large influence and of course, the freedom. I have never run a business before, so all of this is learning by doing, which is really the best way to do it. We get help ever now and then so we aren’t completely like a fish out of water. We are a team of diverse people, so we learn a lot from each other too. I really enjoy working on Falcon because it enhances my studies. What I am learning with Falcon, one would not learn at a university.
I am the CFO of Falcon Drinks. My responsibilities include maintaining finances, paying our night shops, etc. Occasionally, working with marketing. I am sure you have seen me in the drink videos. We work as a team on many aspects of the company.
Beyond Falcon, I enjoy Hawaiian/Tahitian dancing, learning other languages and about other cultures, and traveling. Since this is the first time I am living in Europe (I grew up in the US), I do my best to find time to make quick trips to see other cities.

Meet the Team #1: Matthias Brüning (CEO + Web Developer)

"I am Matthias, 19 years old, German and 2nd year IBA student. I have always had a passion for computers and created my first website with 9 years, which was a collection of different fun videos, jokes and games I found on the internet. Over the years I started several small projects, such as a blog about mobile phones or an online casino with fake money and earned some money by creating websites for small businesses.

In our founding team, I therefore naturally became the web developer. It took almost 6 months full of trial and error, long nights and lots of frustration until the launch version of Falcon was ready.

After becoming the new CEO two months ago, my responsibilities shifted away from solely web development to the coordination of the whole project. It’s a pleasure to work with such a great team, so that I am sure we will achieve a lot in the future.

Besides all this, I love travelling. After finishing high school, I took a gap year to make a 6 months backpacking trip through South East Asia, Australia and the USA."
