💕It’s self care Saturday.💃🏽😄

💕One form of self care for me is exercise. I focus on fitness, strength training and flexibility. My favourite part is stretching, I usually do this listening to inspiring music 🎶

💕True confession 😉: I don’t always like doing my exercises but because of the benefits to the body and mind, I do it and feel great afterwards - so I end my sessions by taking a bow to myself for showing up for me 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽😄
