I told Nigerians that the cabals are the one running Nigeria, not my husband; they won't listen. I told Nigerians that my husband doesn't even know some people appointed to key positions in his government, they won't listen. I told Nigerians if the cabals won't leave I won't campaign for my husband in 2019 and I fulfilled my promise. Less than 24 hours to the presidential and National Assembly elections scheduled for Saturday, sixty-six people have been killed by gunmen in Kajuru Local Government Area (LGA) of Kaduna State. They were killed on Friday. Among those killed are 22 children and 12 women. Understanding Valentines Day
Why you can't be my Valentine:

February 14th was called “Lupercalla”
Or “day of the wolf”

This was a day that was sacred to the sexual frenzy of the goddess Juno.
This day also honoured the Roman gods, Lupercus and Faunus, as well as the legendary twin brothers, who supposedly founded Rome, REMUS AND ROMULUS

Lupercous= hunter of wolves

The Romans called the festival the “lupercalia.”The custom of exchanging valentines and all the other traditions in honour of Lupercus who was also linked with an ancient pagan practice of teen-agers “going steady” it usually led to fornication.

The day of Lupercalia

On this day, the Luperci or priests of Lupercus dressed in goat skins for a bloody ceremony. The wolf god would sacrifice goats and a dog and then smear themselves with blood; he would run around a hill while waving a goat skin called “februa.” from where we get the name February. Women would sit around the hill, as the priest would strike them with a goat skin to make them fertile.

Love notes

All the young women in the city would gather in the city and their names were put in the boxes. These “love notes” were called billets. The men of Rome would draw a billet, and the woman whose name was on the billet became his sexual lust partner with whom he would fornicate until the next Lupercalia or February 14th.

The colour red

The colour red as sacred to that day because of the blood from the goat and dog and the heart shape was not after the human heart but represents the human matrix or opening to the chamber of sacred copulation.

St Valentine’s Day

Saint valentine’s was an obscure, possibly legendary, martyr who by tradition was put to death by the Romans on February 14th,about AD 269.this day was made a feast day by the Roman Catholic Church. The day of his death coincided with that of the Roman feast of the Lupercalia….the celebration of the two merged.

So Valentine’s Day is nothing but a continuation of the Lupercalia.
On this day millions of young people are loosing their virginity because of this day. For many, it’s ok to have sexual intercourse just because it is Valentine.
Make the right choice and stay away from this wickedness. For many it is a day to make business. All the shops will during this week be clad in RED. Stay away from this frenzy

"... PRE-WEDDING PRAYER RETREATS"

Hello funky believer, please can i talk to you for a minute?

Listen, I know that pre-wedding photos and bridal showers are awesome, I know it creates good memories for the couples and helps them bond intimately. I know how exciting it is to dress up in matching outfits with your spouse to-be and just have fun creating lasting memories with amazing photos and night parties with your gang. It is totally cool, but I just hope you also understand that as believers things are always a lot different for us, we don't just rush into a trend because everybody else is doing it, or because it is cool, what comes first is how much that fashion or trend adds to our christian life, i mean, how spiritually relevant is it to our love walk with God?

Please forgive me if I am sounding like a killjoy, but rather than surround yourself with friends who will dress up in white outfits and take photos with you in a hotel room to post on social media, why don't you keep a small circle of fire-branded friends that can join you in a pre-wedding prayer and fasting retreat, and still stick around to pray for your marriage whenever you need them?

Rather than going out on a bachelor's night party with a gang of friends who will tease you all night about how you'll be getting stuck with one woman for the rest of your life, why don't you have a bachelor's vigil with friends who's prayers and personal walk with God you can trust?

Hope you don't think I am trying to kill all the fun you have been dreaming to have, all I want you to see is how we can turn these exciting worldly interests into our spiritual advantage. When our friends are doing bridal showers, we can do bridal fasting and still have fun. When others are doing bachelor's night, let's do bachelor's vigil instead, is anybody catching this?

Start building up an army of friends you will need on that marriage journey, not the ones that don't have the spiritual capacity to go with you beyond the I DO. Start choosing your WAR FRIENDS carefully, start gathering spiritual guarantors who can stand in the gap for you in the place of prayer.

I encourage everyone to add this to their wedding plans, schedule a pre-wedding prayer retreat with fasting and tarry if your strength can carry, the pre-wedding photos and bridal showers can come later, but first, plan a retreat with your church, or a personal retreat at home with a few close friends whose prayers you can rely on anytime. This is a long term spiritual investment, this is what Sustains the marriage long after the swagger of the bridal showers and bachelor parties has expired, I wish alot of us can learn this.. And if you don't have a few good friends whose prayers you can rely on, then I beg you to start building one now.

"The most important pre-wedding exercise is not the beautification of your wedding, BUT the edification of your marriage.

HOW TO PREVENT UNWANTED PREGNANCY EVEN AFTER HAVING UNPROTECTED SEXUAL INTERCOURSE (MYTHS AND FACTS).

No matter where in the world you live,
abortion is still a taboo subject. But for some women, it is a necessary choice, and not a decision that is made lightly. Because of the sh
ame and guilt that often surrounds this procedure, many women look for safe at-home alternatives to abort their pregnancies privately.

Not ready for a baby? Then make sure you know how to prevent pregnancy. The best way to prevent pregnancy is not to have sex, of course. Choosing abstinence (meaning choosing not to have any kind of sex at all) not only protects you from pregnancy, but also from sexually transmitted infections (STI) .

However, If you do make the decision to become sexually active, make sure you know how to reduce your risk of getting an STI and prevent unplanned pregnancy.

There are many options available for preventing pregnancy, each with its own set of advantages and disadvantages.
Remember: many options to prevent pregnancy do not protect you against STIs.
First let me take you to the myths about preventing pregnancy.

Don’t believe the hype!
Maybe you’ve heard some “facts” about pregnancy (and ways to avoid it). Like,
1). A girl can’t get pregnant the first time she has sex. Or that
2). You can’t get pregnant if you are on your period. Right? Wrong.
Learn how to to separate the myths from the facts. A girl can get pregnant even if:
1). She is having a period
2). She does not have an orgasm
3). She does not have vaginal intercourse very often
4). She has vaginal intercourse standing up
5). She urinates right after sex
6). She douches right after sex
7). A man pulls his pen*s out of her vagina before he ejaculates
8). She jumps up and down after intercourse
9). She hasn’t had her first period yet
10). She is under 12 years of age
11). It is her first time
12). The man only touches the outside of her vagina with his pen*s.

Even after unprotected intercourse, there are ways to avoid getting pregnant. For today, I'll take you through two of them.

1).POSTINOR-2
If you’ve had sex and didn’t use any type of birth control, or if the birth control you used failed, you have the option of emergency contraception up to three days afterwards. POSTINOR-2 Prevents pregnancy for up to 72 hours (3 days) after having unprotected sex. It is not intended for regular use and does not protect you from STIs or HIV. It can’t be used if you are already pregnant. If you are 15 or older, you can purchase POSTINOR-2 over the counter at almost all drug stores. You will need to present a government issued photo ID (like a driver’s license) as proof of your age.

2).VITAMIN C OVERDOSE
Vitamin C has been used as a remedy for home abortion since 1970’s. It is however not a well-known fact among women. Vitamin C has ascorbic acid that can induce miscarriage and even prevent conception. Mega dose of vitamin C can prevent your chances of becoming a mother. The acidity in Vitamin C is responsible for this.

Vitamin C is usually helpful during pregnancy. Usually doctors advice on including Vitamin C in the pregnancy diet. It contains antioxidants that help your body to fight infections. Vitamin C also protects your body cells from any damage. But taken in large quantity, Vitamin C can make your body unable to conceive.

Vitamin C contains ascorbic acid. This acid represses the release of progesterone hormones. This hormone is essential for preparing your uterus for conception. If your body does not release sufficient progesterone hormone, the uterus will not be prepared for conception. Progesterone nourishes a bed for the fertilized egg. Lack of this hormone will prevent the
implantation of the egg in the uterus. The acidity of Vitamin C prevents your chance of conception in this way.

What can an overdose do?
An overdose of vitamin C can also make your vagina extremely acidic. An acidic region is unhealthy for sperms. If your vaginal area is very acidic, the sperms cannot live. Acidity kills the sperms immediately. The sperms need an environment which is more alkaline than acidic. Vitamin C increases the acidity and reduces the alkali of your body. This prevents conception chances.

If you are already pregnant, Vitamin C can induce miscarriage as well. Vitamin C is able to weaken the grip of the fertilized ovum on the uterus. If the egg cannot attach to the uterine wall, it can cause miscarriage

How to use Vitamin C to prevent pregnancy?
1). Vitamin C tablets can be placed inside the vagina just before having unprotected intercourse. These tablets will dissolve and make the region acidic. Acidity kills the sperms immediately upon ejaculation. You can place two non-chewable 500 mg Vitamin C tablets inside your vagina right before intercourse.
You can also put the tablets immediately after having unprotected intercourse. Doing this twice daily for at least 3 days will ensure that you do not conceive. Soothe area with aloevera gel if it causes any irritation.

2). Vitamin C capsules or tablets can be ingested internally for avoiding pregnancy. These tablets work like the “morning after” contraceptive pills. Taking 1500 mg of pure Vitamin C twice daily for 3 days will prevent conception.

3). Natural vitamin C can be used in the form of lemon juice to prevent pregnancy. Lemon juice has been a popular home remedy for abortion for many centuries. The ascorbic acid is high in lemons. Drinking a lot of lemon juice every day might lower your chances of conceiving. If you are pregnant, lemon juice can induce miscarriage.

Please keep in mind that while this method is effective for some women, vitamin C does not induce an abortion for every woman. For some women, the protocol leads to an incomplete abortion, which means that fetal tissue still remains in the uterus. To make matters worse, if the protocol does not work for you, you may be harming the baby or yourself in the process.
