Cameretten, the Netherlands' longest-running and one of its most influential cabaret festivals, celebrates its 60th anniversary this year. We're honoured to be designing the anniversary book. This is a first mock-up of what it might become, and here's a link to the crowdfunding page https://cameretten.creativefunding.nl/project/kroonjaar

The cover we designed for the Plesmanduin book is inspired by the iconic birds on the historic KLM headquarters façade in The Hague.
The title is set in a custom typeface we designed especially for this book.

Now being finished with hot foil at Wilco Art Books.

Finally getting around to adding this one to our portfolio. A few years ago we had the privilege of designing the 10-year anniversary book for EIT Digital of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology. Take a look www.eyalmyrthe.nl/portfolio/books/eit/en

This year again, we created the design for “Which Language Does The Hague Speak?” Seventeen residents presented texts in both Dutch and their native languages at the Central Library of The Hague. In this edition, we assigned each participant an individual color. Together, these colors form an abstract artwork of layered bands, representing the distinct voices and languages, while also referencing the sea, sky, and dunes of The Hague. Delighted to have worked again with Mar-Lin Schut and Caroline Bruggemans from Spraakmakend.

Large-scale illustrations we made for the façade of The Hague City Hall, commissioned by The Hague International Centre.
The drawings replace photography and are intentionally less detailed – faces and figures are left open to interpretation, so more people can feel represented, regardless of background or skin tone: a fitting expression of the International Centre’s inclusive character.
