Rebranding an NGO is not about beauty. It’s about purpose, clarity, and relevance, especially in environments where trust matters.
We at Snono were approached by what was then called NFDHR to rethink their brand. Together, we started with the name and explored many directions until one felt right: NAHR , the Arabic word for river. Simple, familiar, and meaningful. A river moves, gives, adapts, and creates impact without noise.
From there, we built a full identity rooted in context, not trends. The logo was inspired by a water drop, with a human figure shaped like an arrow inside, placing people at the center and symbolizing movement and progress.
The result is an identity that goes beyond visuals. It carries meaning, respects where Nahr came from, and reflects where it is going.
