Day 5 brings a taste of Curaçao’s Ponche Crema !✨
It’s the island’s beloved Xmas drink, creamy, cosy, and perfect for holiday nights. 🍹🎄
Save the recipe below and bring a little Curaçao to your table this season! 🌴✨
🥥 Curaçao Ponche Crema (Quick Recipe)
• 2 cans condensed milk
• 5 egg yolks
• Pinch of nutmeg
• 1 cap vanilla essence
• 250ml white rum
• 1 shot espresso
Mixing:
Beat egg yolks until pale + fluffy → add remaining ingredients → heat au bain marie until thickened (about 80°C).
Chill & enjoy! ✨
