At Pavels Innovation AS, we are specialists in industrial design and multidisciplinary product development, with 16 years of experience serving industrial, consumer, and medical markets. Our expertise in mechanical engineering, precision manufacturing, and product optimisation allows us to develop robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions tailored to industry needs. With in-house manufacturing capabilities, we can rapidly iterate prototypes, refine designs, and ensure seamless transitions from concept to production. Our core competencies include 3D visualisation, polymer and plastic products, CNC machining, composite materials, and metalwork, enabling us to create high-performance, field-ready products that withstand the toughest operational environments.
Our involvement in various projects also extends to industrial production in multiple locations worldwide. Networking is a personal matter, and building and maintaining strong connections is a key part of my work. While we operate across multiple sectors, we have a strong interest in medical industries, sustainability-focused industries, particularly water and land management. Our innovations include products in various sectors.
One example is the smart water leak detection system developed for one of Norway’s leading plumbing suppliers. The valve features a modular, compact design that allows various sensors and outlets to be integrated directly into the valve block, making it truly unique.
The CALEX® Cap is another one, that has been introduced to fulfill the requirements of convenient and safe stool preparation. CALEX® Cap is the first and only stool preparation device suitable for safe air and land transportation according to IATA 650(UN3373) regulations. This not only offers hygienic stool sampling, but is also a highly precise, quantitative stool extraction device characterized by an outstanding correlation to the gold standard manual extraction.
Among the experiences that make us particularly well-equipped to work on new projects are the fact that many of the products we design are intended for industrial production. This involves various types of production tools, ranging from stamping to injection molding and vacuum forming.
Our experience in developing products across various sectors and for different needs, including design and involvement in production solutions, demonstrates our ability to engineer complex, high-precision products designed for reliability and long-term performance.
