📢 Nepal Budget 2083/84: Everything You Need to Know! 🇳🇵💰
The government has officially unveiled a massive NPR 2.124 Trillion budget for the upcoming fiscal year. With an ambitious 7% GDP growth target and a plan to keep inflation under 6%, this budget brings sweeping tax reforms, salary hikes, and major digital shifts.

📉 1. Massive Tax Relief & Middle-Class Boost
Income Tax Cut: You don’t pay personal income tax on earnings up to NPR 1,000,000 anymore! Plus, the top marginal tax rate has been slashed to 29%.
Cheaper Goods: Excise duties have been completely scrapped on 360 goods, and customs rates lowered on 273 raw materials.
Digital Cashback: Get a 10% VAT rebate instantly when you make digital payments!
💼 2. Big Pay Raise for Civil Servants
Public sector employees are getting a ~21% pay hike (10% basic raise + 10% performance bonus).
Minimum salaries will now sit around NPR 40,000, maxing out at over NPR 100,000.

Universal Health: The government aims to cover 90% of Nepalis under health insurance within 3 years.
Childhood Cancer Care: Free treatment for children battling cancer will now be available in government hospitals.
