2023 was a good year and a year of a lot of realization, reflection, and a big year of figuring things out. Some Major Learnings:

1. The world is a selfish place. Some people subconsciously come to you when they need something. Take the time to figure them out.
2. Your willingness to make it big is the very thing that will make things big.
3. Confidence is the key. Get up and start doing even if you don't know what you're doing.
4. You can mix emotion in business, but if it's shared only by one side, it's better to be logical.
5. Never do business on future promises.
6. Be an extrovert.
7. Don't be quick to believe people and their word. Do the fact-check.

Achievements in 2023:

1. Expanded Superlativ from 5 people to 10 people, assuring 3X yearly growth.
2. Started a new venture focusing on content creation - still figuring out a lot of things.
3. Started another business in a completely different city and a complete different industry with people willing to make things big.
4. Got onto the stage to perform small gigs, mainly college programs.

By the end of 2024:

1. Will 3X the growth of Superlativ.
2. Will provide different opportunities to at least 30 people through different ventures.
3. Will figure out a different industry.
4. Get rid of all my bad habits.
5. Learn a lot of soft skills.
6. Visit Bangalore.

Apart from this, there are a lot of things that I want to do and achieve, but these are the majors.
