About Us:
CodeinJapan is a dynamic and rapidly growing recruitment agency. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Japanese Language Interviewer to assist in assessing and updating candidates' Japanese language proficiency.

Job Overview:
Are you proficient in Japanese at an N2 level or higher? Do you enjoy communicating with people and have a passion for language? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase your language skills and contribute to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Japanese Language Interviewer, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Candidate Assessment: Contacting listed candidates to assess their Japanese
language skills.
2. Conducting Interviews: Conducting interviews with candidates to evaluate their Japanese language proficiency.
3. Documentation: Updating candidate information and assessment results in a spreadsheet or database.
4. Collaboration: Collaborating with team members to ensure a streamlined assessment process.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
 Proficiency in the Japanese language at an N2 level or higher (JLPT N2 or equivalent).
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
 Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
 A passion for language and a desire to help candidates improve their language skills.
Additional Information:
 Training will be provided on our assessment process and documentation procedures.
 The position may be conducted remotely or in an office, depending on the candidate's location and the company's policies.
