Job Description
As a Relationship manager at Formula Plus Creative & Ads Media Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible to manage the entire operations of the relationship management department.
This role focuses on enhancing relationship with customers, key suppliers and partners, identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.

Your Responsibilities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to foster long-term partnerships.
*Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop ATL campaign strategies that align with client goals, ensuring creative ex*****on meets their vision.
*Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency, ensuring clear communication of ideas, feedback, and project updates.
*Oversee the ex*****on of campaigns, coordinating between creative, media, and production teams to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
* Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform campaign strategies, helping clients stay competitive and relevant.
* Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients and seek new business opportunities through networking.
* Manage client budgets for campaigns, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

Preferred skills & Qualifications
*Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, or a related field.
*Minimum of 2 years.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
