Awesome to see Chloe Walker and Precision Farming getting some well-deserved airtime - from CountryWide through to Farmers Weekly, Rural News and REX.

A good reminder of the real impact agtech is having out in the field.

Couldn’t have done it without Rebecca Greaves - journalist working her PR magic behind the scenes.

Not every conversation about a merger includes shortbread… but this one does.

We sat down with CountryWide Media to talk through the Precision Farming + NuPoint journey - what it actually means for farmers, where we’re heading, and the reality behind bringing two platforms together.

We’re excited to welcome Rebecca Greaves to the Tracta team!

Rebecca, or Becs as we call her, is an award-winning journalist and sheep and beef farmer based in Pongaroa in the Tararua district, where she farms with her husband Richard and daughter Phoebe.

She’s spent much of her career telling the stories of rural New Zealand, including time as editor of NZ Farmers Weekly and Country-Wide magazine, and co-hosting the Rural Exchange (REX) radio show.

Alongside this, Becs runs Target PR, creating editorial and marketing content across the agriculture and equestrian sectors. With both boots on the ground and years in rural media, she has a real knack for turning complex topics into stories everyday farmers can actually relate to.

Welcome to the team, Becs - we’re stoked to have you on board!

Calling all ag industry marketers!

Tracta and Spring Insights have teamed up to run a short industry survey because we believe the more we understand about what’s working (and what’s not) in agrimarketing, the more value we can deliver back to the industry.
We’re asking ag marketers, brand managers and comms leaders to share their views on where the sector’s at and where it’s heading.
It only takes 5 minutes and the insights will be shared with everyone who takes part. You can access the survey link below:

“Exceptional performance”, “exceeded expectations”, “strong performer”, “solid results” … in this quarter’s AgriPulse update, things are looking brighter across all sectors of the primary industries, despite global geopolitical uncertainties. So, how do you allocate budgets in a way that supports brand-building while driving immediate performance?
