Super proud to have hit my first goal 1:14 HYROX with my friend and neighbour

Race plan was 1:15 so stoked it all came together. Massive thanks to and the awesome coaches who helped us and to our families (both Dads of 4!) for all the support and putting up with our endless race strategies!

Proud to have finished HYROX today after not being able to run at all for 5 weeks Nov/Dec.

It was really hot and I blew up a bit at the end with dehydration - needing to spend time in the drinks station of the RoxZone to keep going. Running in the sun was super hard.

Big shout out to my community and everyone who took on the race!

Now I have a time to beat as I age up to the next group next year! 💪😊

Thanks for everyone who cheered me on I could hear everyone of you and to have and my whole family there got me through the last few stations to finish it.
