I've been doing a whole heap of research into service based industries, especially because my experience is mainly in product based industries.

Fingers crossed for good news today! What does alert level 2 mean for your business?

I know for me personally, I am definitely looking forward to seeing my friends! While it's been fantastic having quality family time in level 3 and 4, I am ready to get back to a new normal πŸ‘

We are fortunate that there are so many "free courses" online you can download on how to improve sales, increase followers, drive engagement and the list goes on and on.

What the courses don't tell you is how to do it for your individual business and the information can seem so overwhelming.

My advice would be firstly, to really know your consumers - inside out, if you don't know who they are then your marketing investment will be wasted.

Secondly, target, target, target! Send these consumers the right message at the right time. Tell them what they want to hear!

Lastly, know your strategy. Don't go out with a brand awareness campaign when you want to drive dollar sales! All money invested needs to have a calculated ROI - don't miss out.

I'm about to start work on some content planning, which can definitely seem daunting for some. My go to "Hierarchy of content" ensures not a drop is wasted, that is, start from the top and work your way down and ensure you re-purpose, re-purpose, re-purpose!
