Our Story

After spending the last 15 years in Wholesale, we noticed that only the big tourism businesses had the ability to educate trade about their products. Curious to always know more about Australia & New Zealand we would rely on the STO & NTO’s for information. We knew there was a gap and in 2015, Directional tourism was formed to service the Australian Market.

Fast forward to now and Directional Tourism has been involved with some of Australia & New Zealand’ largest names in the Tourism Industry. Founder Tracey Green has spent time in various position in the industry and brings to the table an array of skills to help any sized business.

Directional Tourism shares its experiences and knowledge with all its clients to help them grow, supporting them in all aspects of business and helping as much or as little as is required.

Our goal has always been to give tourism operators a voice in a complicated tourism market. How we achieve that with each business is different as we tailor our work to each individual business.
