One of the reasons we love what we do so much, is because of how much we learn working with such a range of diverse clients.

For example - before we started working with Urban Miners - Waipa E-Waste Recyclers, we had NO idea that e-waste is the country's largest growing waste stream, and we produce the highest amount of e-waste per capita in the world!

Not really the sought-after title is it.

You've probably got a stash of e-waste sitting at home, in a cupboard or drawer of 'good intentions'. Anything with a cord, battery or plug basically.

Our friends at Urban Miners have diverted 100 tonnes (and counting) of e-waste from landfill. But they need the business community to get behind them to start making a real dent in what they know is out there.

If you're a business, what do you do currently do with your e-waste?

This is a stash of old medical panic alarms from a local rest home that recently got dropped off. Are you currently upgrading your systems and need a responsible and local way to recycle your e-waste?

We’re proud to share that Belle PR is now a registered NZ Made service. 🇳🇿

Trust and reputation sit at the heart of everything we do. Being officially NZ Made reflects our commitment to credible, locally grounded communications, shaped by a deep understanding of Aotearoa and its communities.

It’s also our way of backing local expertise and standing alongside other Kiwi businesses committed to quality and integrity.

Proudly NZ owned. Proudly NZ Made.

Potential challenges such as the opening of a new convention centre in Auckland are likely to be no obstacle, local event managers say.

This year, we're sharply focused on what matters.

In communications and marketing, it’s easy to fall into the trap of producing more content, more ads, more posts, more reports, all while chasing reach and clicks as if they’re the ultimate proof of effectiveness. Reach might signal opportunity, but it’s not the same as impact. And busyness isn’t success.

In comms especially, it’s time we stopped measuring our value by how much we produce or how far our message travels, and instead asked the real question: what actually changed? Because while outputs are essential and easy to count, outcomes are what matter.

Here are the kinds of changes that truly show whether our work made a difference:
- Increased community trust
- A shift in public understanding
- Increased uptake of a service
- Better decisions made with clear stakeholder insight
- Higher participation in a programme or engagement activity
- Reduced misinformation
- Positive sentiment toward change
- Stronger reputation with key audiences
- Reviews and referrals

Yesterday, in her capacity as Chair of the Cambridge Community Board, Charlotte had the privilege of welcoming attendees and laying a wreath on behalf of the Cambridge Community Board at our annual Armistice Day commemoration in Cambridge.

This event always brings things into perspective. Here in New Zealand, we enjoy peace, we have a voice in our democracy, opportunities to pursue our passions, a good standard of living, and even the luxury of watering our gardens and washing our cars with drinking water. These are freedoms and comforts that many around the world do not have. We owe this to the more than 100,000 New Zealanders who have served, and to those who made the ultimate sacrifice so we could live in safety and prosperity.

We are truly blessed to live in New Zealand, and although we sometimes have our challenges, we must never take these blessings for granted.
