John is a good friend of mine, and has a passion for running his business in Breckenridge. I had the opportunity to spend a day with him, running around town filming several customer interviews, and visiting various job sites around town. We created a ton of content together, and have been posting it to Instagram and Facebook. Recently, we also started a Youtube channel for the business which will focus on telling stories about the business.

I'm happy to share my first gallery from the Pikes Peak Regional Airshow, it's a very fun little number. The airplane with yellow wings and a red nose reminds me of a bumble bee. I could stare at those clouds all day.

Videos that tell a story are one of the best ways to connect with your audience. Humans have been telling stories for thousands of years, and with good reason!

Stories help us to deliver information on multiple levels: practical, logistical, and especially emotional.

They don’t require a word for word recounting to deliver their meaning. After all, most people forget the exact dialogue of a story, but they don’t quickly forget how it made them feel. Stories are more engaging and carry more information than just a picture or wall of text.

Video stories like this one for Hawkins convey information about their project size and scope, their community involvement, and the people who build the project.
