Watch closely.

Most people focus on food...

But rarely stop to question their water.

That one question sent me down a rabbit hole that changed a lot for me.

BEFORE
Surviving. More doubt.
Foggy. Inconsistent with diet and daily method of operation.

Still eating some inflammatory foods / oils.
25kg down… proud of the progress but something was still missing.

Too much head noise.
No real structure.
Stoked with the 25kg progress… and how much I rebuilt myself.. but knew I had more in me. And I still do.

Classic bro split.
Still a few cheeky drinks.
Not enough sunlight or movement.

Thinking a lot about “what it could be”
without the action to match.

AFTER
Building the life I used to dream about.

More energy.
New perspective.
Whole foods.
30kg down.
Body recomp. Mind reset.

Consistent with the daily method of operation & dialling in the inputs
More water. Minerals. Sunlight.

No “cheeky drink here and there”

More functional training.
More skating.
More movement.

Less thinking.
More doing.

This isn’t just about health.
It’s about who I’m becoming in the process.

The trust I’m building with myself.
Proving to myself I can actually do it.

By all means not perfect at all. I still struggle.

But I realised.. I didn’t need more motivation.
I needed a different environment and to further sharpen and dial in the habits.

One that pushed me to train harder, think bigger, clean up my inputs, and take a bit more ownership of my direction.

My whole personal health and self development journey started with changing my water when I was at my worst.

Then it became my mindset, my food, my training, my circle, my habits, my ability to sit with and endure pain , my level of action - everything.

I’m still building every day.
I definitely haven’t “made it.”

But I’m genuinely proud of the progress internally and externally.

And now im better at using pressure as fuel instead of letting it hold me back.

12 months can change everything when you get more serious about the life you’re trying to create the inputs that you feed your body and mind daily.
