Now that the warm summer evenings are here it's time to think about tonic and what would complement it best.

This year we suggest you start with 60ml of Henricks Gin. Pour this wonderful gin into a long glass over ice cubes and fill with your favourite tonic. Stir. Garnish with slices of cucumber.

Yummy... all the best things happen with tonic.

Merry Christmas from all the 'tonicans'! We wish you a relaxed and caring festive season and a positive 2014.

We will close on Friday 20th December. Kate and Martin will be around (there may be the odd excursion) during the holiday break for anything that may require attention. The office will fully open again on the 13th January.
