Mānawatia a Matariki — Happy Māori New Year!
As a 4 generation New Zealander, I am loving the increased integration of culture and traditions.
As a lifelong learner, I also love sharing knowledge and for those of you around the world that are interested this is Matariki meaning.

Matariki is a time to reflect on the past and those who have passed on.
To celebrate the present with kai and time with our whānau and communities.
To look ahead and plan for the future.
At this time I think of my wonderful Mum, Dad, and Grandparents who have now passed.
The love and lessons and creativity they shared with me and how those gifts are in me and in my family to be shared with the world.
Blessing to you and your families around the world as New Zealand celebrates the past, the present and the future.

People's attention is only held for eight seconds when they read a post...⏱️

Statistics apply to ads as well.

Only eight seconds are given to ads to grab a customer's attention.

Additionally, the wrong audience might see your ads
It gets even worse from there.

Once they click an ad, the audience realizes that they are not interested in these ads.
So, the ads are really depressing them...😭

They don't take the actions you would prefer as a business owner.

Is there a reason for the misconception?❌

Because most of them haven't got the clarity of who their audience is.

You filled your bottle with the wrong bucket of water.

🔑The key to making qualified sales and leads is to identify the right audience for your business, not just soul-sucking customers...

WHAT IS YOUR NICHE?

In every niche, you're going to have a group of people who are stuck…. �They want the thing but don’t take action, we call them “walls”

They don’t move.
They block things.
They don’t take action.
Or, they might try but, when a roadblock comes up they just STOP. 🛑
They put up walls everywhere they go.

A” wall person” is someone who is stuck and they might say things like…

“I can’t do this”
“This won’t work for me”
“I’ve tried everything”
“Oh I don’t want to do that”

Everything is wrong in a “wall persons” world. Many many obstacles.

This kind of person is not going to take action to move forward.

This kind of person is not going to hear what you are sharing.

You can push them but they aren’t going to budge.

They’re going to sit in a place of lack and they’ll blame outside circumstances for their inability to grow.

The people you really want is to work with are what we call “snowballs”

When you give them a little push they start to roll, and grow….

They say things like…
“Oh that's interesting, I tried that, but had to tweak its a bit “
“This didn’t work, so I’m going to try something else”
“What are the solutions?”
“Let’s try this instead”

There is a mindset in this kind of person that keeps them from giving up.

They know what they want and they will keep rolling to get it, they keep the snowball moving and growing.

These “snowball” people are the people I work with. �
These are the people that see 𝗠𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗩𝗘 results and shifts in their business.

They step up and get results:
Just like my latest “snowballs” doing $180K launch,

or another that is doing $250K plus growth in the last quarter. �
And another that got 64 new enquires within 2 weeks of working with us.

Big Action - Big “Snowballs”

They’re ready to take action.

When they say they are going to do something they do it.

Yes, they are scared half the time but they take action�

They are often not ready, but they say they’ll take action and so they do.

These people have small tribes, good offers, know what they want and they are in my inner circle of clients.
ACTION = Results.
