Brown Bread is recruiting a Programme Administrator to support our mahi with our long-term client, The Arts Foundation Te Tumu Toi.

You’ll be supporting the Director and the Revenue Team – helping to keep the annual programme, relationships and systems running smoothly.

If you thrive on detail, being the wind beneath a busy, creative team’s wings, and backing the arts in Aotearoa — this one’s for you.

The basics:
– 40 hrs/week
– January–June 2026 (short-term, with potential to extend)
– Hybrid working (central Auckland offices + WFH)
– Some domestic travel for events

As part of our mahi for BB client The Arts Foundation, we've launched the Arts Business Club – inviting businesses around Aotearoa to back the arts. After all: business is creative, and requires courage and investment – so do the arts in New Zealand!
