What a week!

This has been a long time coming and something we have had our sights set on since day one.

Not Another is now officially a Certified B Corporation.

The certification recognises Not Another’s commitment to using business as a force for good, meeting the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.

B Corporations are businesses that prioritise the well-being of people, the planet, and profit, and are certified by B Lab, a nonprofit organisation.

High profile B Corps include the likes of Patagonia, Ben & Jerry's, Warby Parker, and The Body Shop overseas, as well as Kiwibank and Kathmandu in New Zealand.

Not Another is one of the few creative agencies in New Zealand to have achieved B Corp certification, joining the network of over 6,000 B Corp businesses across 159 industries and 86 countries.

What do you think about p**n?

It's not a topic of conversation many of us like to talk about – here on LinkedIn or in the real world... and it's certainly not a topic of conversation most New Zealand teenagers choose to bring up with their parents, or their parents with them. Although more than a quarter of New Zealanders view p**n by the time they're 12, the topic of p**n generally remains taboo.

Netsafe New Zealand approached Not Another™ with the ambitious goal to stop the silence and start a national conversation around p**n. Today, we're proud to launch P**n Week: a week dedicated to raising awareness about the effects of p**n on New Zealand's youth. P**n Week aims to take something that’s on the mind of many teens – p**n – out of the shadows and on the table for discussion.

It's fair to say that conversations about COVID-19 can be sensitive subjects at the moment, with derision and vitriol being flung left, right and centre.

Calm conversation, based on understanding and respect is more important than ever, even if it may feel harder than ever. That's why we were delighted to be asked by the New Zealand Human Rights Commission to bring to life the Dial it Down a Notch campaign, which launched today.

The message is simple: let's all dial down the heat and divisiveness and remember that it’s totally okay to be passionate about things like COVID-19, but it’s not okay to make personal attacks on others for their views.
