About Us:
2B Connected is a leading NZ-based outsourcer that provides market research solutions as part of our services. We are a vibrant and dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch market research solutions that assist businesses in making informed decisions. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team to make outbound calls to gather survey and market research insights.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Dive into engaging conversations with individuals and businesses through outbound cold calls.
• Conduct surveys and gather insights on various topics, ensuring accurate and reliable information is collected.
• Record and input survey responses into our user-friendly database.
• Maintain a friendly and upbeat tone with survey respondents.
• Follow a scripted questionnaire to ensure consistency and completeness of data.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets and survey completion goals (with plenty of high-fives along the way).

Requirements:
• A friendly and clear phone manner that makes people smile.
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a love for meeting targets.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus (but not a deal-breaker!).
• Confident computer skills and typing speed to ensure that responses are gathered in the moment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and the ability to remain professional under pressure.

What a week it’s been! Our team took part in Random Acts of Kindness Week, but we’ve realised kindness doesn’t need a special week. It’s for every day and everyone.

The team shared post-it notes, posters, cupcakes and other tantalising treats with their RAK recipient.

Small acts make a big difference. A smile, a helping hand, or a kind word goes a long way. And the best part? It made us as happy as those we helped.
