Today was our final Coffee & Kōrero: Bromley Support Space session at the Bromley Community Centre. ❤️

What started as an idea to create a welcoming space for people affected by the Bromley wastewater situation became a place for connection, support, information sharing, and plenty of good conversations over a cuppa.

A huge thank you to Christchurch City Council l for supporting this community-led initiative, and a special shout-out to Gary for backing the project and helping make it happen.

To Raya and Johnny at the Bromley Community Centre — I absolutely adore you both. Thank you for welcoming us every week and creating such a warm environment. I'll have to find another excuse to come back. Maybe some singing lessons are in order! 🎶

Over the past few weeks we've met some incredible people, connected residents with information and resources, helped people sign up for updates, and created space for community voices to be heard. That has been incredibly rewarding.

If you've been following the Bromley updates, you'll know that the aerators are due to be installed soon. I'll continue sharing updates here as Council releases them, so you'll still be able to keep up with what's happening.

I'm genuinely pleased with the work that's been happening at the wastewater treatment plant and with Council's willingness to support community outreach initiatives like this. Good communication and community connection matter, and this project has shown what's possible when people work together.

Thank you to everyone who came along, shared their experiences, asked questions, offered support, and helped make this space what it was.

Kia ora everyone,

As my Boosted campaign comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to thank every person who supported Divine.

To everyone who donated, shared the campaign, came to my Wunderbar gig, bought a ticket, sent words of encouragement, or simply believed in the project — thank you
To the media and New Zealand Music Community the platform has meant everything to me
I am incredibly humbled by the support this campaign has received.

Because Boosted is an all-or-nothing platform, it looks like the campaign will fall short of its target. This means your donations will be returned automatically.

To everyone who pledged their hard-earned money to support this release, thank you. I do not take that generosity lightly. I am deeply grateful that you believed in the song, the vision, and in me as an artist.

Divine was created through a year-long mentorship with Greg Haver through Toi Otautahi and represents a significant chapter of my creative journey.
While this campaign may not have reached its goal, the support, encouragement, and belief shown by this community has meant more than I can adequately put into words.

I thank you all very graciously and humbly for standing behind this project.

The good news is that Divine is still coming. Funds raised through my Wunderbar gig will be put toward releasing the single, and I remain committed to getting this music out into the world.

The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever will be celebrated at the Village Green in Sumner this July.

Kate Bush fans will wear red dresses and perform Kate’s famous dance from her Wuthering Heights music video. We’d love to have as many dancers there as possible, and everyone is welcome!
