18 years ago today Walsh & Beck began with a small contract for the Dunedin Fringe Festival in a tiny office in Dowling Street.

What started as a single opportunity has grown into nearly two decades of creative partnerships, bold ideas, and meaningful work with incredible clients and collaborators, across Aotearoa.

There’s something special about Wellington’s Habit Health gym network, and it goes well beyond their standout locations, the saltwater pool, or even the dedicated crew of trainers and staff. There’s a community feel that welcomes newcomers and keeps long-time members coming back.

Our brief was simple: capture that vibe and bring it to life online. We started by documenting the full experience - photographing the spaces, the people, and the moments that make these gyms unique. From there, we built a website designed to feel just as accessible and engaging as the gyms themselves, making it easy for both new and existing members to find what they need. A big thanks to Blair at Core Development for collaborating with us to make it all happen.
