Dane has a Working-From-Home role and is looking for 1–3 reliable Kiwi-speaking people based in New Zealand to help with my clients’ company growth.
NZ-based only. Kiwi-speaking is essential.
Offshore callers and work-visa contractors will be ignored — sorry, it just doesn’t work for this role.

This suits stay-at-home parents, semi-retired people, or anyone wanting 10+ hours a week. I can train you into one of the strongest closers in NZ.

This is an Account Manager / Fractional Business Developer (phone-based) role — not telemarketing.
You will be the phone representative for each client and know how to hold a natural conversation, ask questions, and build trust.

You MUST:
• Be self-motivated and manage your own time
• Be confident making outbound calls
• Follow my call structure and leave clear CRM notes
• Hit KPIs (0.5 appts/hr, 2 quoteable appts per 10 hours)
• Be reliable and consistent
• Be able to research, find new data, and help grow my NZ database
• Be responsible for maintaining each client’s appointment needs, just like I do

NOT suitable for:
• Anyone without a proper phone + computer setup
• Negative energy
• Drama, excuses, or low effort
• People who can’t follow instructions
• Anyone scared to call
• Unreliable workers
