GOLD - Nibilicious ~ caramelised white chocolate with Cathliro cacao [Solomon Islands], roasted by Maker Mike and the Cacao Nibs used to create a great crunch, & PNG Cacao butter [Manabo plantation].
SILVER - Papua New Guinea 70% cacao ~ from Manabo plantation [Abau, Papua New Guinea], with Cacao butter (from these same beans)
SILVER - GingerNutty ~ caramelised Milk chocolate with chunks of ginger cookies and ginger spice with PNG Cacao Butter [Manabo plantation].
