Love bringing creative ideas to life and keeping shoots running smoothly? This could be the role for you.

You’ll own our creative production process, from briefs and shoot logistics through to editing, quality control and final delivery, across content, video, design and campaign assets.

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of creative production, studio management or agency traffic experience who’s highly organised, calm under pressure and understands what makes content perform.

Today we’re celebrating a huge milestone, 5 years at The Launch Agency for our very own Head of Media Buying, Jamie.

Jamie joined Launch when the agency was just two months old, coming on board as a Performance Marketing Specialist and becoming a massive part of the journey ever since.

Over the past five years, Jamie has:
• Worked across more than 150 clients
• Helped scale some incredible brands across New Zealand and Australia
• Played a key role in growing both our Performance team and the wider Launch team
• Helped shape the performance marketing standards, systems and thinking we use across the agency today

A lot has changed at Launch over the past five years, but Jamie has been there through almost all of it, helping our clients grow, developing the people around him and continually pushing the standard of our work forward.

Massive congratulations on 5 years, Jamie. We’re bloody lucky to have you as part of the team, and we’re excited for what’s still to come.
