Wow - what a year 2025 has been!
I’ve spent the last few days reflecting on everything this year has brought, and it truly has been huge. I’m stepping into the next chapter as a more confident, focused, and motivated Bachelor of Communication graduate, and that feeling is incredibly rewarding.

I’m so grateful to everyone who has been part of my journey this year. I’ve had the opportunity to walk into some amazing organisations, build meaningful relationships, and learn so much about what it really means to work in this industry.

A couple of weeks ago, I lost my dad, which is why I’ve been a little quiet here. He was one of my biggest supporters and believed in me even when I didn’t, so you best believe 2026 is going to be even bigger than 2025 and full of growth.

I’m excited to put my degree to work and continue growing Mikayla Baker Marketing.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me this year.
