This next Profit Unleashed is coming round a bit earlier than usual, and for the first time we're doing it in partnership with .

The reason for the earlier date is that we wanted it to land in Mental Health Awareness Week. These nights have always been about people saying the real stuff out loud - the pressure, the setbacks, all of it - so it made sense to run this one during a week where that conversation's already front of mind.

Over the next wee while, we're going to be letting you in on the incredible evening we have planned, and, we're confident that this may just be the most inspiring, empowering and incredible one yet.

On a personal note, I've personally had the privilege of being part of producing this event for the past 6 years now, and it honestly doesn't get old. Watching this club show up, year after year, for causes that matter so deeply to Hawke's Bay is something I feel genuinely lucky to be a small part of.

We've been on the journey with Mates4Life from the very start - from developing the organisations name and brand - through to website development, media relations and thanks to Damon - raising money by doing Slay May over the last 2 years.
Here's an awesome collab between Hawkes Bay Magpies and Mates4Life to raise awareness and funds to continue to deliver workplace programmes in mental wellbeing.

Hastings girl. Global journalist. Now she's bringing the world's biggest stories home.
Anna Fifield grew up in Hastings with big dreams and went on to become a foreign correspondent for two of the world's most prestigious publications. Gaza. Iraq. North Korea. Iran. She's been there, reported it, and lived to tell the tale with extraordinary clarity.
With so much unrest across the globe right now, her perspective feels more important than ever.

Maulder Builders are leaders in high-end residential builds. They focus on build projects within 20km approx from their base in Havelock North and have an awesome portfolio of stunning new build and renovation projects. The latest was a new build on the Havelock hills - a 2 bedroom home that's over 500m2. The house has been superbly photographed by Simon Cartwright and is part of an feature on Archipro.
