Fieldays! It’s been a blast.

We have chatted. Filmed. Photo’d. Panelled. Chatted.

And we’ve now parkoured our way out of the building. ‘Til next year.

There is a space for us, but we need to grab it.

A great read from Farmers Weekly NZ following the E TIPU The New Zealand Future Food and Fibre Summit panel, Belonging, Boldness and Breakthroughs: Women Redefining Food and Fibre.

Our own Amber Carpenter joined Laura Morrison, Kate Acland and Emily Dekker for a conversation about women backing themselves, stepping into leadership, being brave enough to have a go, and helping open doors for the next generation coming through.

The discussion also touched on the future of the sector, and the importance of bringing a broad range of voices to the table, not just for today, but for the impact those decisions will have tomorrow.

A thoughtful read, and one well worth taking a few minutes for.

If your marketing plan is currently running on coffee, good intentions and “we should post something soon”, this one is for you.

Winter is here, and it is a good time to take a proper look at how your business is showing up.

Across the primary sector, there is always plenty going on. The season changes, the work shifts, and before long everyone is back into the next busy stretch.

Which makes now a good time to ask whether your marketing is doing its job.

🤔 Is it helping people understand what you do?
🤔 Is it showing the value behind your business?
🤔 Is it building trust with the right people?

Or is it just filling a gap because someone remembered the page exists? 👀

Good marketing does not need to be flashy. It needs to be clear, consistent and connected to what your business is trying to achieve.

And if your current plan is looking a little like that cold cup of coffee you forgot about three hours ago, we can help warm things up. ☕

The last few days at E TIPU The New Zealand Future Food and Fibre Summit have left me feeling incredibly proud 🤍

There was so much happening behind the scenes before the event even started. The planning, content, storytelling, videos, the Letters to 2050 Farmers concept, organising all the moving parts… so much time, care, and energy went into it all.

Then came the event itself and the girls absolutely stepped up.

☕️ Long days.
✨ Quick turnarounds.
☕️ Creative problem solving.
🩷 Big laughs.
🥰 Lots of teamwork.
👌🏼 And so much passion for getting the best outcome possible.

Every single person brought something different to the table and that’s what made it work so well.

I honestly just feel really lucky to be surrounded by women who are talented, hardworking, thoughtful, and genuinely good humans.

Very grateful for this team 🤍

Yesterday Amber was part of a panel discussion on women redefining food and fibre, and it was a bloody good conversation to be part of.

There was plenty covered, from leadership and governance to mentoring the next generation, backing yourself, and making sure different voices are genuinely part of the conversation.

One of the biggest takeaways was that representation matters, but it has to be real.

It is not about ticking a box or filling a seat. It is about having people there because they bring value, insight, lived experience and perspective.

That is where storytelling plays such an important role.

Food and fibre is full of incredible women leading businesses, mentoring others, challenging thinking and quietly getting on with the job every day. Some are front and centre. Others are doing the work behind the scenes without much fuss.

Those are the stories worth telling.

Because when people hear honest stories from others in the sector, it makes things feel possible, relatable and a bit less intimidating.

And we’re off! 🌱

Today we kick off E TIPU The New Zealand Future Food and Fibre Summit 2026 in Ōtautahi Christchurch, and we are proud to be here as storytelling partners.

Over the next two days, we’ll be helping capture the people, conversations and big ideas shaping the future of Aotearoa’s food and fibre sector.

This is the kind of work we love. Being in the room, hearing the stories, seeing the connections happen and helping share those moments beyond the event.

A big couple of days ahead and we’re excited to be part of it.

Let’s go, E Tipu! 🙌

🚜 Guess who’s had a glow‑up?
We’ve swapped our old boots for a fresh pair, but our hearts are still in the paddock! Our rebrand wasn’t about a quick makeover; it’s about celebrating where we’ve come from while getting ready for the future

In our latest blog, Amber spills the beans on why we took our time, what’s changing (and what’s not), and how digital storytelling is a game‑changer for our rural mates.

If you’re curious about how showing up online can help you attract great people and build trust without trying to “go viral", pull up a chair and have a read.
