My NZSO Project Management Assignment to move everything to a new head office location. The project involved planning the build with Gaze Builders and Datacom and working along side two other amazing NZSO staff members.

The project required a large down scaling of stored documents, programmes and office equipment. I made five trips with my car full of items that needed recycling to Earthlink. Other unneeded storage and furniture items were also moved on.

The new office layout utilised mostly existing furniture except the pod desk system that was left by the previous tenant.

I was able to purchase two new sofas, some cushions and art frames to create a special breakout area and to give the new location a fresh, professional look.

The artwork utilised were various posters and photographs from past concerts and player photoshoots.

I have never done anything like this before and I believe my experience with amazing people in organising NZ Eco Fashion Week helped me execute this project.
