We’re not a factory and there’s not a lot of hierarchy in our business, instead there’s lots of sharing, dedication, conviction and mutual professional respect. Professional "firefighter". Collector of office plants.

Jaimi has a habit of bringing calm to busy situations, solving problems before they escalate, and keeping the rest of us on track.

She cares deeply about our clients, our work, and doing things properly the first time.

If we were stranded on a desert island, Jaimi would be everyone's first pick. We'd probably be rescued by lunchtime.

There are only so many places you can put a logo before things start getting a bit silly.

For GeoPlus, custom patterns and illustrations became another recognisable part of the brand, adding personality and giving the team more ways to show up consistently across digital and print.

It’s the little details that build recognition over time. Ideally without needing to make the logo bigger 💡

Geotechnical engineering has a bit of a type.

Corporate colours. Technical language. Very serious business 😴

When GeoPlus became a standalone company, following the usual formula would have made it very easy to blend in. Instead, the brand was built around what was already different: a capable team, a practical approach and plenty of personality.

Confident green, custom illustration and straight-talking copy all came together to create a brand that's unmistakably GeoPlus.

Because credible doesn't have to mean predictable.

A good website shouldn't just make you look the part. It should make it pretty clear why someone should choose you.

For GeoPlus, that meant taking the personality and straight-talking nature of the team and carrying it right through the digital experience, without losing the credibility you need when geotechnical engineering is involved.

The result is a website that looks like GeoPlus, sounds like GeoPlus and, rather conveniently, is helping more people find GeoPlus too.

When budgets get tight, marketing is often first on the chopping block. Fair enough, until you remember your customers haven't stopped looking, comparing or forming opinions.

You don't need to spend more for the sake of it, but disappearing completely gives someone else a very convenient opportunity to take your place.

When we developed the marketing strategy for Woodsman Pro Ensign, it quickly became clear that their imagery had to be raw, unfiltered and make the viewer feel like they're right there with them on-site. We wanted to capture what being a local contractor in NZ working with a Woodsman Pro really looks like.

A pretty nice bit of news to share! Our work with Ingham Mora Chartered Accountants been named a finalist in this year’s Best Design Awards.

We put a lot into this project, so to see it recognised amongst some seriously good work from across Aotearoa and Australia means a lot to our team. And, of course, we couldn’t have got there without the input from the team at Ingham Mora and their trust in the process.

It’s also great to see the Bay of Plenty's creative community so well represented in this year’s finalists. There’s plenty of talent coming out of our little coastal paradise, and we’re very happy to be amongst it.

A big congrats to everyone who made the cut. See you at the awards 🥂
