Time with my Son 🖊💖

This is what Permission has given me Today!

It has been on my list to bike the Karangahaka Gorge for some time now and I couldn’t have had more fun!

The trail was windy, curvy and sometimes very narrow but he always checked in on me.
One of my coaches said what’s the feeling you want to have, the emotion that fills your “WHY” and I’ve been searching fir that and today I know I found some parts of that...the bond, the kindness and the sheer fun of living each day as a 10/10

Seriously, it was the best day ever 🙌🏻
