Well that was fun and it bloody worked! Not bad for an idea and no plan.

Pork belly and a couple of pork roasts in the pizza oven - goal was to achieve crackle and perfectly cooked pork.

Keeping an eye on things was key, constantly rotating the meat as the temp in there is 🔥

Curious to see what else we can create in here aside from the usual pizza/bread etc let me know what you’ve done 👇

While this has been my ‘hub’ for the last two years, it’s finally demo week!

I can’t wait to have this space transformed into a modern, functioning kitchen for the family.

Goodbye orange cork 👋 Not going to miss the unhinging doors that’s for sure, (although it’s become a bit of a running joke) and am so excited about having gas hobs again!

We went camping this weekend. Good plan: weetbix fruit and yogurt one morning, Kaimai Eggs and bacon the next.

I left the weetbix and the eggs behind didn’t I. So bacon buns one morning and not a lot the next 🙈

Cooked a good couple of dinners tho!! Posting tomorrow xx
