Completed | Mckeown Renovation:
We recently worked with our client to achieve a complete interior upgrade on this Pukekawa home.
By removing everything old and replacing with new, in the same location, we were able to achieve a modern upgrade that was completely exempt from council involvement. While all our work is completed by a LBP & exceeds the NZ Building Standards .. this renovation also surpassed all Healthy Homes Standards (assessment provided), so the client has the option to rent the property out knowing they’re meeting their obligations as a landlord. 👍🏽👍🏽

Scope of works: (interior)
Remove and replace Kitchen (same layout) - adding range-hood,
Remove and replace all Bathroom and Laundry fittings and fixtures (same location and layout) - adding extraction fans,
Upgrade of low pressure to mains pressure water heating system,
Upgrade of existing plumbing to services,
Remove and replace all floor coverings,
Remove and replace internal linings where needed,
Complete re-plaster and paint,
Make good of existing joinery and clean,
Additional partition walls into already large rooms to add wardrobe space to each room -
Fit with sliders,
Remove and replace all existing internal doors to match new wardrobe sliders,
Insulation to roof and underfloor,
New Heat Pump installed,
Replace all door hardware to match throughout,
Upgrade of all electrical fittings and fixtures.
